  • 46 large flour tortillas

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Shred or chop cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces. Mince garlic cloves. Slice any optional veggies.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and toss with garlic. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until chicken is heated through.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the chicken. Stir until cheese melts and mixture is gooey.
  5. Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 20 seconds each until soft.
  6. Lay a tortilla flat and spoon about 1/3 cup of the cheesy garlic chicken filling down the center. Add optional toppings if desired.
  7. Fold the sides in and roll up tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
  8. Optional: Return wraps to the skillet, seam side down, and toast for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and slightly crisp.
  9. Slice wraps in half, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately with your favorite dips or sides.
