- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, and salt. Mix well until fully combined.
- Place the halved loaf of French bread on a baking sheet, cut side up. Generously spread the garlic butter mixture onto both halves of the bread.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the buttered bread. Make sure to cover every inch for maximum cheesiness!
