- 1 cup shredded potatoes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of cottage cheese and 1 cup of shredded potatoes. Stir until well combined.

- Use a spoon or cookie scoop to form small mounds of the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
