Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (about 12 oz) frozen ravioli, cheese or meat-filled
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In one shallow bowl, beat the eggs. In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Take each ravioli, dip it first in the beaten eggs, letting the excess drip off, and then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated ravioli on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Lightly drizzle olive oil over the ravioli or spray with cooking spray.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping them halfway through.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the baking sheet to ensure crispiness. You can experiment with different fillings and dipping sauces.
